Perfect Location, Comfortable Apartment
We really enjoyed our week
in the apartment. As noted in the headline, it couldn't have been in a better
spot. Virtually the entire city is walkable from there and the metro is a block
away if you don't want to walk. Less than five minutes from The Seine and a
block or two from good food and a supermarket. We were not out super late, but
the neighborhood felt safe.
The apartment itself was comfortable for two people. It might be a little close
for four, but it could be done. The kitchen sink is tiny, but the dishwasher
works well so you don't have to clean too much in the sink. Working the
appliances could have been a little easier, but that was primarily a language
barrier between the appliance and me. We had plenty of dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, etc.
I had a hard time turning up the heat, so depending on when you stay, make sure
Thierry tells you how to do it. He's very friendly and helpful.
Be prepared to walk up winding stairs (no elevator), so if you bring big
suitcases make sure someone in the party is capable of carrying them up quite a
few stairs.
All in all a very good experience. Not luxurious, but practical, comfortable
and enjoyable. We would stay there again in the future.

Great location - walk to everything/safe neighbourhood
Thierry Blouin, the manager
met us in person and explained how everything worked and the best Paris
sights/local restaurants & grocery stores. Although the apartment is small,
it was wekk-equipped and had almost everything we (2 couples) needed for our
one week stay. The Marais neighbourhood is within walking distance of a lot of
the Paris sights and with the Metro station only a block away, getting around
was simple. We felt safe even at night in the vibrant bohemian area. The
kitchen could have used better pots & pans but with so many restaurants
just steps away, it wasn't a major problem The free WiFi and international phone
calls were a much appreciated bonus!

Bonjour Thierry,
The
apartment was amazing and the trip so incredibly wonderful.
Thank
you for such a wonderful 'home' away from home in Paris.
As
always, the experience was exceptional.
We
look forward to staying again with Paris Interiors on our next trip, which we

"Eight Days in Marais Apt."
Accurate and informative advanced information;
very good service - arrived on
time for our arrival and departure (9:00 am on Jan. 1). Excellent location,
near
Metro but also very much within walking distance of many destinations.
Everything worked - shower, hot water, dish washer, heat, TV, internet, stove.
Beds were basic but comfortable, we slept five easily. Also very clean and
neat.
It wasn't cheap but the value was very good. We were very happy with the
choice and recommend it.

We
both loved the apartment very very much.
Next

nicely decorated etc. but best of all, the location was fantastic.
we walked everywhere. very very central and in the best area (i think) in
paris.
I'm
thinking of coming to paris for 6 months. I
loved the apartment and was wondering if you would be interested in renting it
for a longer period of time, and how much you woud want or it. I'm likely
not coming till aug or sept, but i'm starting my planning and budgeting
to see if it will be possible.
Hope
you are doing well.

bonjour thierry!
thank you so much for following up with us: we had a splendid time in paris
and that was part
due to your apartment. first of all, everything was exactly as described on the
website (thanks to our prior communication there was even more clarity on all
subjects important to us and you). also, helene did a fantastic job with the
transaction! this is how it is supposed to be, so that the time in paris is enjoyed and the
memories after our return as well.
as we are fairly familiar
with paris after so many visits, based on some prior reading, we dug up les arenes de
lutece, which i had never heard of before, the jardin des plantes, la promenade
plantee close to the bastille and some really good restaurants!
our feet needed, as usual after paris trips, a long rest ...;-)
see you next time!

Dear Thierry,
My apologies for the delay in writing this but I caught some kind of cold/virus
when I returned to the States and was sick for a couple weeks.
I wanted to express my thanks for your hospitality and my appreciation for your
apartment. I could not have asked for better accommodations and
location. The sights-to-see were well within walking distance, just as
described, and I loved having the market around the corner and the bakery a
couple doors down. I would highly recommend your place, to others, and
hope to return, myself, in the not too distant future.
Thank you, again, for a wonderful place to spend my birthday!
Sincerely,
Patricia

Dear Thierry,
Just to let you know, we had a wonderful week in Paris. I can't
imagine a better location in the city. The apartment at 181 rue Saint
Martin felt like home after just a few days. It was a little crowded
with the four of us, but we managed well in the efficiently designed
space. I came to like the flat's ingenius features: the sliding doors,
the cabinet bed, the zinc sink.
I am trying now to persuade my gentleman friend to spend a couple of
weeks there in the fall, but we can't book it yet because of his work
commitments. I'll certainly be in touch with you when I know his
schedule.
Enjoy Tahiti.

Lovely
Apartment in Le Marais
My family of 5 (1 adult and 4
children) recently stayed in this two room
apartment in Le Marais (7 arrondissement) at Christmas time.
It was a cozy apartment in a fantastic location with very comfortable beds. It
was less than a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville and the Museum
of Modern Art. There were also many metro stations close to the apartment
that made all of Paris very accessible.
The bathroom and kitchen look nearly new and are very nice. The dishwasher
and washer/dryer are nice amenities.
Thierry was also very attentive and helpful which further enhanced our stay.
We would stay here again.

Hello
Thierry
We had a
fabulous time. Loved the apartment. Always love Paris. We missed Le Petit
Palais, as it was raining the day we spent around the Champs. I plan on hitting
when I return in October. I would stay at one of your places, but I will only
be in Paris for three days by myself. I will be staying at an apartment.
Thank you.
We will surely use your service in the future. Sophie is wonderful also. The
cleaning woman does a wonderful job also. We were seriously pleased.
I will make
sure to tell all of my friends to rent from you when they stay in Paris.

Dear
Thierry,
Hi Thierry,
my family and I really liked your apartment and we enjoy our trip to Paris so
far. The apartment is really in a great
location. How I wish we could stay
longer. Did you plan the interior of your
apartment? I just think that you
effectively maximized every available space and your kitchen utensils/cookware
are beyond basic as well as your decors, considering that this is a lease
apartment.
Paris is
really beautiful. I think Paris
perfected city life, far better than any city I have been to. It has an old-world feel but with the modern
comforts for everyday living. The beat
is just right - not too fast, not too slow.
It’s a city beyond delight.
Hope to get
in touch with you again for our next family trip - hopefully soon.
Many
thanks.

Hello
Theirry,
So nice to
hear from you! We had an absolutely wonderful visit in Paris! My
husband and I both fell in love with Paris and Parisian lifestyle.
We had great experiences every single day and every single night. I was
so sad to leave! I cried on our way to to airport!
We really
enjoyed the apartment. It was everything we needed and in a great
location. So centrally located. We did not make it to Le Petit
Palais, unfortunately. We'll have to put that on the list for our next
visit.
We
did go to the Musee D' Orsay, and spent a wonderful rainy day at the
Louvre. Also, a day trip by train to Epernay where we had a tour of a
small Champagne house (wonderful!), and we spent most of a day at
the estate of Versailles. Marie Antoinette's Hamlet is
amazing! We also spent a couple of days going to all of the regular
tourist spots: Notre Dame, Champs Elyse'es, Arc de Triumphe,
Moulin Rouge, Sacre' Coeur, and a lovely afternoon and evening in Montmartre
Paris is
truly a beautiful and stimulating city! We will definitely return again
and again.
Many thanks
for your kind assistance and gracious hospitality. We
will enthusiastically recommend Paris Interiors at any opportunity we
have.

Hi Bryan
We did
indeed stay at Thierry's apartment last year in July. There were 5 of us - my
husband and myself, my 70 year old mother in law and our kids aged 17 and 10 years.
We found the flat to be really central to everything, tubes, trains, buses,
night life and you have the modern art gallery right on your doorstep -
so much so that we would definitely book this apartment again. There are
two bedrooms each with double beds and a pull out couch in the living area -
so, if you don't mind sharing a bed with your classmates, I don't really see a
problem.
Theirry and
his staff were absolutely professional in all dealings, including
deposits etc and I would highly recommend this apartment and any dealings
you have with Thierry.
Have a
wonderful time in Paris.
Kind
regards

Dear Thierry
We indeed had a nice stay in
your Le Marais (Beaubourg) apartment. We saw many sights in Paris such as Chateau
Versailles, Tour Eiffel, Le Petit Palais, and many more. The
location of your apartment is so convenient. We could easily reach
these sights via the Metro or the RER, close to the apartment. The grocery
store at the end of street was so accessible. There were many shops and
restaurants, close to the apartment, to choose from. As ethnic
Chinese, may we recommend the Chinese restaurant located downstairs next to the
apartment, for your future guests. The food is quite authentic and the
restaurant is often filled with Chinese who live in Paris. If my
family and I visit Paris again in the future, we will rent from you again.
Thank you.

Hello Thierry,
I know that
it's been a while since we left Paris, but I do want to tell you how very much
we enjoyed our stay in your apartment on St Martin. What a fantastic location!
We enjoyed talking with Sophie (please say hello to her from us), and also the
service provided by the car agency. Our entire holiday from start to finish was
perfect, thanks to you.
Now we're
looking ahead to November of this year -- and we'd like to rent an
apartment from you again. We fell in love with St Eustache and would really
like to look at it every day. So if possible we'd like to rent that apartment.
Right now we're thinking about a month, from November 15 or 16 through
December 14 or 15. We have some flexibility, so if these dates don't work,
perhaps you could suggest alternates.
Looking
forward to hearing from you on this request.

Your apartment was perfect for us. The people were very warm and

Hi Thierry
"Our stay was perfect! From climbing the stairs of the metro to see Nortre Dame right before us to having the apartment a block away it was great.
It was so nice to have many restaurants to choose from to dine in and also a grocery store. We loved having the bateaubus and the metro so close to make it easy to tour the city
and our daughters enjoyed the park at Notre Dame for a place to play.
Theirry was a great host who met us at the apartment to let us in and was available for any questions we had. I have already recommended this proptery to others who have gone to Paris and you will definately NOT be disappointed while staying at this flat. My one recommendation is that Theirry put up directions on how to get from the airport to the flat via train and metro because it is so easy to do and so much cheaper than a taxi :) Thanks for a great time and on our next trip to Paris we will look you up again! Great little apartment in an ideal location This is the second time that I have stayed in this apartment. Thierry (the person renting it) is welcoming and helpful. The first time I was there he took me around the neighbourhood and showed me the market and supermarket and the best bateaux to take.
It is compact but spacious enough for two very comfortably. It is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of many sites and in a part of Paris where one is happy to walk in any direction.
The well-equipped little kitchen is perfect. I like the fact that it has a clothes washing machine.
And I felt I was living in a real French apartment not a tourist hotel.
It was very cold in Paris when we were there but the apartment was warm and cozy.
When I was there previously it was in August but we managed to keep it cool by closing the blinds during the day.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment
near Notre Dame
We stayed in the
apartment for one week and loved everything about it. The landlord was very
helpful, showing us local restaurants, pastry shops, and the market area.
The
apartment was quiet and local to everything, had excellent amenities, and
easily accessible from the airport RER.
We have no negative review for the
apartment and will contact this landlord first for any apartment he controls as
soon as we have the chance to return to Paris.

Internet access was no problem, so our daughter was able to keep in touch!

Thierry, Thank you so much for the wonderful
apartment in the heart of Paris.
Having stayed in many locations throughout the city over the years we were very
pleased with this, both in it’s proximity to the art and culture of Paris, but
also to it’s feel of being a Paris experience. The apartment was perfect for
the two of us, intimate, well appointed, quiet, and cozy. Living in a building full of
Parisians certainly helps one feel immersed in the city, if only for a short while. And Sofia, the woman who met us at

all of our questions for a wonderful start to a great week in Paris, Again, thank you for the great place

Bonjour, Thierry!
We arrived home
safe and sound--we miss Paris
already!
Here is something for your guestbook--if this is
possible, may we see what other renters have written?
We thoroughly enjoyed this modern cozy apartment one
block from Notre Dame in November 2004. ¶Yes,
the stairs are a climb, but the place was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable--which
is a big selling point for us 50-somethings. ¶And it is extremely quiet--no street noise. ¶We cooked several light
suppers and prepared breakfast and snacks in the well equipped kitchen area,
and shopped at the nearby Franprix and local marche down the street. ¶One of the best things
about this apartment is its location--the RER B goes right there without having
to change to a local Metro if you are coming from CDG. It is a five minute walk and we felt very
safe day and night. ¶Since
this is the Latin Quarter, there are many
dining choices that are different and affordable. We recommend Bistrot Saint Emilion at 45 rue
de la Harpe--we
ate there two nights. Their specialty is fondues and
raclettes, plus their 10E and 12 E menus are good and a great value for the $$.
You can also find ATMs easily near the apartment. Cross over the bridges and
you are right in the Marais--one of our favorite areas, especially on Sunday
afternoons. Do not
forget to view Notre Dame from the back--it is even more magnificent than the
front side.
This is our fifth
visit to Paris--and
we would rent this apartment again. Our needs are simple, and the apartment had everything we
desired. Thierry was
completely honest and upfront, providing answers to our pre-visit questions,
and greeting us when we arrived--and right on time when we departed. You can e-mail us directly
if you would like additional information at tcasey@kc.rr.com

Hello Thierry,
Sorry for the long delay in responding to your email. Thank you so much
for your note, and no problem with the delay. Aurelia was very friendly, and we appreciated her meeting us and helping us to check out
of your studio.
We absolutely loved your place, and we would definitely like to stay there again in the future in case it's available. The location is
really the best, and everything was no nice.
We had such a wonderful stay in Paris,
and we really loved being there.
Our youngest son has now decided to study French instead of Spanish, so this makes us really happy. Our oldest will also be taking French,
starting this coming school year.
Again, thank you very much for everything, and we would provide the highest recommendation for you and your property in case you ever need
one.

Hello Thierry We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Paris. The city is
incredibly beautiful and one week was barely enough. The apartment was very efficient and stylish and was located in a
perfect location to enjoy all the sights. Aurelia was very helpful and pleasant
to deal with. Again, thank you for making our vacation
enjoyable! All the best, Kenton and Zdenka Kenton Ko

Dear Thierry,
We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in the studio,
which was clean, well-equipped, and your attention to our needs was
unusually kind. It was exactly as advertised, comfortable, and in a
wonderful neighborhood in the heart of Paris.
We can't wait til the next
time we come. We even enjoyed the stairs, whose age reminds us of why we
love Paris so
much.

Hello Thierry,
Dear Thierry and Aurelia, Thank you for thinking of us. We arrived Friday night after a very long
day. We needed
yesterday to rest, but everything went very well with the trip. We loved staying in your
apartment and will definitely contact you if we are able to return To Paris. We very much liked staying
in an old building but appreciated all the work you did to make the apartment
modern and comfortable. We
used all of the apartment's features, but I hope you found that we did not
damage anything. ¶The biggest selling point of the
apartment is the location--it was wonderful to be within walking (and biking)
distance of so many great sights. I feel
as though we really experienced living in Paris.
In Virginia,
we do not live in an area that is as exciting as Paris,
but if you're ever in the area of Fredericksburg,
Virginia, we would be happy to be
your hosts. ¶Thank you very much for all of
your thoughtfulness, and especially for working with us to meet that early
morning train. ¶Best
of luck with all of your future tenants. Au revoir. Frank FRANK DEFOREST 210 Artillery Ridge

Dear Sir, Yes indeed I stayed in the apartment
on Rue Galande in Paris.
I knew The neighborhood quite well before
going. It is by far my favorite part of Paris, central, literate, and not overly
touristy. I had seen the description of the
apartment, the photos, etc, and was wondering if reality would be the
same. The payment procedure seemed a bit cumbersome, since it involved
lots of cash. But everything went exactly as planned. I phoned my hostess from the airport, she was
on rue Galande waiting for me. We entered the building through a long, rather dark hallway with some
peeling paint. We climbed to the 5th floor, the staircase is
"original" each step has its own personality. The apartment itself was exactly as
described, well-lit, well-equipped (nice stereo, a professional
hair-dryer, a TV with cable...slightly difficult to use). Most important to me, the apartment
was quiet, safe, and let me live for a week as a parisienne ! Françoise

Thierry,
Thank you
for the message! I fell in love with Paris and I am sure it was because
of our great location and the apartment.
My long term goal is to move
there full time and find a job.
My mother
and I had the most wonderful time in Paris. It was a dream come true.
I was wondering, do you ever rent this apartment for a long term rental?
I would be interested in occasionally renting this apartment for one-two
months at a time.
My work allows me to work from anywhere in the world
and I would like to see if you have any properties I might be able to consider
for a long term rental.
Thank you
Thierry and I look forward to keeping in touch.

Dear Thierry,
I spent the best two week
vacation, a person can ask for, your apartment at St Eustache was the best
decision I made, great location, 5minute walk from the Siene river, 10 minute
walk from the Louvre, 10 minute walk to Notre Dame, also only 1 minute to the
metro, which allowed us to go everywhere with the least amount of walking or
spending money in taxis.
Me and my family love your
apartment, thank you very much

Dear Thierry,
I want to let you know about our incredible experience in the apartment
we rented. It was the best experience and far superior to staying in a hotel.
We have wonderful memories of the market on Sundays and Thursdays on the street
out front, but we also want to share with you some local attractions that you
should pass on to future renters.
We found the best bakery for pastries and morning treats right on our
street. Unfortunately, I did not get their card but as you leave the apartment
and take a right and walk up the street and on the same side of the street is a
fantastic bakery.
On the street behind the apartment, at 30 rue Montorgueil, there is a
restuarant we went to three times of our 8 nights there called L'Epicerie. The
food is excellent, reasonably priced and the service is excellent. We were
drawn back time and again. On the same street is a couple of good grocery
stores to stock the apartment with the necessities as you mentioned in your
introductory letter. Further up
Montorgueil is the BEST gelato I have ever tasted at a place called Amorino.
There are a few places w/gelato on that street, and we tried a couple, but
Amorino is by far the best.
If anyone asks, we were never bothered by the church bells. I don't know
if it was because the doors/windows provided such good insulation or because
the bed was so comfortable, but we often slept until 10 am and never were
bothered by those bells!! We could very
faintly hear the Metro down below, but I must tell you it was very faint and
did not bother us at all. The advantage of having the Metro entrance so close
made things so easy. We only used a taxi one time, the Metro was so easy to
use, much easier than the New York
subway.
The very best part of the apartment was the feeling of being able to go
'home' to our own neighborhood, away from the crowds after being out and about
in the city.
It was nice to have the church as a landmark to see when we were
working our way home.
We went to London for the day on Eurostar. We bought tickets on line here in the US prior to
going to France and the trip worked out extremely well as we left from Gare du
Nord.
It was reasonably priced and very easy.
Thank you for all you did to make our trip so enjoyable.

Thierry,
Just arrived back in the US
early this morning.
My wife and I absolutely loved the St. Eustache apartment. Sophie greeted us at the door
with a wonderful smile and was very helpful.
If someone truly wants to live like a Parisian, then your apartment is
the best for local markets and cafes.
And the Metro stop is very close.
In fact, we loved it so much that we recommended the apartment and your
internet site to a couple we met on a train in Germany who plan to visit Paris
next year.
We did not make it to Le Petit Palais, but I got to attend Roland Garros
for a beautiful day of tennis. To see the French Open tournament was a lifelong
dream.
We even made it up to the Le Zenith for a rock spectacle.
Thank you again for your professional hospitality
Regards,
Kenneth

Fabulous apartment... Perfect Location!
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for the first week of our
honeymoon July 13-18, 2010. It was absolutely perfect. Thierry is a wonderful
host and had everything ready for us. The apartment is a very, very quick walk
from the Chatelet des Halles metro station (which is a big mall, so there are
places to grab a quick bite or supplies). You come up the steps from the metro,
look to your right to the Jet Lag cafe. Rue de Montmarte is to the left of the
cafe, and the door to the apartment is just a few doors up the street on the
right. There is an elevator, but the apartment is not accessible by it, but the
stairs are easy. The apartment is gorgeous. Huge windows open on to the street
(there was a street market three days that we were there), but when the windows
are closed there is zero noise. The next street over (on the other side of the
Jet Lag cafe) has a huge variety of stores and restaurants, including a little
grocery with great prices. We also bought a cooked chicken at a boucherie for
dinner one night, and found a great patisserie for breakfasts. We didn't tend
to cook a lot (used the microwave a couple of times), but it was fabulous to
have a fridge, and eating/drinking utensils, and plenty of space to stretch
out. The couch in the living room is a double-futon, which worked great for
lounging in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is
perfectly located to visit all the sights of Paris (don't miss the Palace of
Versailles!). It has a washer/dryer (a single unit that does both), but be
careful not to overload it. We did and couldn't get anything to dry! The only
English stations we could get on the TV were BBC and CNN, but that was fine.
There is also a little stereo, and we enjoyed that very much. Overall, this
apartment is just perfect for a couple. Excellent location, clean,
well-equipped, and perfect in every way. It was our best accommodation on our
entire trip, and we feel very lucky to have found it. Highly recommended!"

Great location - highly recommend.
We stayed
here May 1-7, 2010. Renting this apartment was a great decision for our first
trip to Paris. Our first experience renting in another country, I was a bit
skeptical at first. But, it was super easy to book, and Thierry was very
responsive to all my emails and questions. He met us at the apartment, gave us
a thorough orientation, then he walked us up our street and the next one,
pointing out good markets with reasonable prices and a good ATM to use. By
American standards, this was more like a studio, but it was spacious enough for
the two of us women (age mid-40's). The bed and pull-out couch were very
comfortable. The couch rolled open and closed easily. I had an excellent sleep
every night! The location was superb - near the Metro, close to great shops,
restaurants, sites. The streets came alive later in the morning, so it was
quiet for sleeping. The curch across the street was gorgeous - and a great
landmark for finding our way home. The bells only ring during the day and never
rang at night. It was safe and quiet. Bring your own alarm clock. There is not
one in the apartment. But you have a TV, DVD player, radio, phone. The bathroom
and kitchen were adequate and markets for fresh fruit, croissants and take-out
food surrounded us. Definitely explore the surrounding streets for more
restaurants and an amazing 3-level store for cooking gear -- my hobby and a
delight to find it. We had breakfast in the apartment but ate out for other
meals. My cooking was limited to the wonderful coffee maker, and I did
microwave a slice of quiche purchased at a place on the next street (rue
Montorgueil - bustling with activity and not to be missed). It was great! I
highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thierry
met us on our departure day and made everything very easy for us. Staying in
this apartment really enhanced our experience of Paris in a way that a hotel
cannot.

Hello Thierry, we just returned from our European trip
last night, Oct 22 and had a wonderful time. After Paris
we took a tour of Italy.
On behalf of myself, my husband, daughter and niece, we have to tell you
Thierry that we had a wonderful stay in your apartment. It was small but
very efficient, clean, and well done. The flights of stairs got to us by
the end of the week but I think we handled it well. We especially loved
the neighborhood. You were so right when you said we would enjoy
it. I was especially taken by it. It certainly felt like we were
living like the parisiens. We enjoyed the restaurants, shopping at the
markets, having our gelato and all right around the corner. We were
thrilled and surprised to see the weekend food market right in front of our
windows. The beauty of St Eustache certainly moved us as did its bells. Fortunately they do not ring at
night. Walking around the area especially to the Louvre was breathtaking.
Seeing the architecture of all the beautiful buildings, the activity all around
us was great. The metro was a god send, so convenient. We rode them all
over the city as well as the train. And of course Sophie was a
gem. A beautiful, pleasant young woman who worked very well with us in
handling our transaction. I can assure you that if we ever have
another opportunity to visit your wonderful city, I would love to contact you
again. And we would all definitely recommend a stay in your apartments,
especially if they are as nice as this one and in such a great location. Again, thank you so much and best wishes to you and to
Sophie. Name:
