"Le Marais quarter", with its antiquated streets and narrow houses, is an immersion in a popular and lively area of Paris. The orientation map which indicates several places you can discover strolling through the city while avoiding tourist traps. It also enables you to find the restaurants recommended. In the area, you can also find several shops with ‘good value for money’ (bakery, food markets and grocery stores) as well as interesting restaurants. Notre appartement "Loft Beaubourg 2 chambres" est située dans la rue saint Martin, la rue la plus ancienne de Paris, dans un immeuble du XVIII ème siècle. L’appartement se  trouve près des lignes principales, station Chatelet Les Halles ligne directe de l’aéroport Charles de Gaulle. RER : ligne A- B et métro lignes 1 -  4 - 7 - 11. Notre offre est conçue pour des vacances s'étendant de 5 nuits à trois mois.  Situé dans le centre de Paris, un plan d’orientation est fourni.  Il permet de voir à 100 mètres de l’appartement le musée d’art moderne "Le Centre Pompidou" appelé également " le Centre Beaubourg", à 5 minutes à pied le Marais et le quartier Montorgueil, à 10 mn. Notre Dame et à environ 15 mn. le musée du Louvre..... Le quartier du Marais, avec ses rues désuètes et maisons étroites, est une immersion dans un environnement populaire et animé de Paris. La carte d’orientation indique plusieurs endroits ou vous pouvez flâner dans la ville tout en évitant le tourisme de masse. Il vous permet également de retrouver les restaurants recommandés. Dans les environs proches, vous trouverez également des commerces de proximité pour les courses ( boulangerie, G20 épicerie de quartier peut cher…) aussi bien que des restaurants intéressants.  Rue Motorgueil se trouve un marché permanent  typiquement parisien. There is no additional fee or tax. The rent includes heating, electricity, water. (see the terms of reservation) . The minimum rental period ranges from 5 to 7 days, it can start on any day of the week.  Every additional day is calculated proportionately on the sum you have paid for the initial rental period.
