Le studio est situé au 4ème étage, sans ascenseurs d’un immeuble du XVII ème siècle, dans un quartier populaire et animé, avec de nombreux commerces de proximités. Ce studio est aménagé pour recevoir de 2 à 4 personnes, avec tout le confort nécessaire et de nombreux rangements.

Our “Notre Dame” one-bedroom apartment is located in rue Galande, in a XVIIth century building, which forms part of a district dating back from the 11th century. The apartment is furnished. Our offer is designed for a vacation ranging from one week to three months. Located in the historical heart of Paris , the Latin quarter, the Saint Germain Quarter, with its antiquated streets and narrow houses, is an immersion in a popular and lively area of Paris. In the apartment, you will find a map which indicates several places you can discover strolling through the city while avoiding tourist traps. Within a 5mn walk, you will also be able to visit famous sites such as Notre Dame, le Panthéon, the museum of Sully and further away (about 10mn) are the Louvre museum and Beaubourg, the Modern Art Center of Paris. ... In the area, you can also find several shops with ‘good value for money’ (bakery, food markets and grocery stores) as well as interesting restaurants. We have put two bicycles at your disposal giving you freedom of movement in the French capital, which has numerous cycle paths.      You will be able to do your shopping in rue Mouffetard, a lively, non-touristy, typical French market place.      We are offering an ideal location for your vacation in an apartment with all mod cons, surrounded by French history.    Two bicycles are placed at your disposal to furnish accessible Paris to you and to bring the freedom of displacements without the constraints of public transport. Many cycle tracks are arranged in the capital.

Le studio Notre Dame ce trouve dans le quartier St Michel, rue Galande datant du 11èmeSiècle dans un immeuble construit au XVII ème siècle. Situé au cœur du quartier historique de Paris le quartier Latin avec ses rues moyenâgeuses et ses maisons étroites, c’est une immersion dans le Paris populaire et animé que nous vous proposons. Un plan est mis à votre disposition à votre arrivée, vous indiquant les promenades à faire en dehors des circuits touristiques. Elles vous permettront de découvrire à moins de 10 mn de marche les grands monuments de la capital : la cathédrale Notre Dame, le Panthéon, le musé du moyen age de Sully, le Louvre, le centre Pompidou (musé d’art moderne de Paris) etc., mais également des quartier très typiques et populaires. Il vous sera indiqué également des commerces pour vos courses meilleurs marchée (boulangerie, marchés, supérette…), et des lieux de restauration intéressants. D eux vélos sont mis à votre disposition pour vous rendre Paris accessible et vous apporter la liberté des déplacements sans les contraintes des transports en commun . De nombreuses pistes cyclables sont aménagées dans la capitale.

There is no additional fee or tax. The rent includes heating, electricity, water.(see the terms of reservation) The minimum rental period ranges from 5 to 7 days, it can start on any day of the week.  Every additional day is calculated proportionately on the sum you have paid for the initial rental period.
