to give us several alternative dates should the studio be unavailable on
your first choice of dates.
Bookings may be made by e-mail or fax. A response
will be given within 24 hours.

Payment :
Payment may be made by credit
card through the secure link of our bank "Le Credit Mutuel" in Euros
or in
your foreign currency. The
wire transfer is also accepted.
Should your reservation be made within 15
days
of your arrival date, we will require payment of the total amount of the
apartment rental to confirm your booking.
Included in the rent: (electricity, water, heating and
international telephone calls in 100 countries), building maintenance,
entry and exit inventories, sheets and towels,
kitchen utensils, and the full security deposit including
taxes.

ustensiles de cuisine et tout le dépôt de
sécurité approprié de taxes.

Your reservation will be confirmed
once the following payment conditions have been met:
At the time of reservation, you are
required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the apartment rental (to
see the form of reservation)
The agreement will be confirmed
once we have received a signed copy of the contract and the booking fee of the
advance of the apartment rental. No confirmation will be given unless this
deposit has been paid.
The remaining balance of the
apartment rental must be paid via Credit Card minimum 7 days before your
arrival together with a deposit of 500 Euros or at your arrival in cash in Euro
for the remaining or equivalent in your foreign currency for the deposit. All
additional people only accepted on agreement of the owner, within the limit of
capacity of the apartment with supplement according to the lease.
This deposit will be returned to
you when you leave the apartment providing that no damage or loss has occurred.
According to convention, the apartment must be left in the state where you
found it.

Au moment de la réservation un acompte devra être versé
dont le montant est spécifié dans le formulaire
de réservation.
L'accord sera validé lors de la réception
d’une copie signée du contrat et le versement
de cet acompte. La location ne sera pas
confirmée sans ce versement. Après le premier
versement, votre réservation sera ferme et
vous recevrez une confirmation.
Le montant restant dus
et le dépôt de sécurité
de 500 Euros devront être payés par Carte de Credit
minimum 7 jours avant votre arrivée ou en espèce
euros à l'arrivée pour le restant, accompagné d’une
caution de 500 Euros
ou equivalent dans
votre monnaie d'origine pour le dépôt de sécurité.
Toute personnes additionnelles sera seulement admises sur
l'accord du propriétaire, dans la limite de la capacité de l'appartement avec
un supplément par personne par nuits selon le contrat signé.
Selon la convention
l'appartement doit être laissé dans l'état
ou vous l'avez trouvé. Le dépôt sera remboursée le
jour de votre départ, supposant qu’il
n’y est aucune perte ou dommage.
Cancellations:
No deposit or payment is refundable unless we are able
to re-let the studio for the dates you booked. If we are unable to
re-let the studio for this period, we reserve the right to retain 100% of
your payment. In the
event of cancellation, 30 days before your arrival, no refunding will be
granted.
Paris Interiors
will not be held responsible for cancellations for
WHATEVER REASON.
Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the
tenant. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for
your trip.

Arrival - Departure
Once we have received your deposit , we will send you a receipt, giving details of the date by which
the remainder of the rental amount must be paid. We will also email you an
information sheet with the following details: address of studio, access
code, telephone number of the studio, Metro station and contact details
for our representative.
Please send us your exact arrival details as soon as
possible. We need this information in order to prepare for your arrival at
the studio.
The studio will be available from 4pm on the day of
your arrival.
The studio must be vacated at 10 am on the day of your
departure.
It may be possible for you to collect the keys at 10
am on the morning of your arrival if the studio is already vacant and if
we are available to welcome you. In any case, we request that you allow a
period of two hours before moving into the studio in order that the
cleaner may finish her work.
We regret that no animals are permitted in any of our
apartments.
An additional charge of 50 Euros ($50) will be
deducted from your deposit if we deem that the apartment has not been left
in a clean and tidy state.
Your deposit will be refunded to you after completion
of our exit inventory, one week after your departure, on condition that no
loss or damage to the studio or its contents has been
sustained.
Arrivée -
Départ
Dés que nous avons reçu votre dépôt de
location, nous envoyons
un reçu, indiquant la date de versement du
dépôt de location restante à payer. Nous
envoyons également par email une feuille
d’information avec ce qui suit : adresse de l'appartement, code d’accès, numéro de téléphone
d'appartement, station de Métro, et numéros de
téléphone de notre représentant.
Veuillez nous fournir
les informations exactes d'arrivée aussitôt
que possible. Nous avons besoin de cette
information afin d'assurer votre accueil au
studio.
Le studio est
disponible à partir de 13H00 le jour de
l’arrivée du locataire.
Le studio doit
être libéré à 10h00 le jour du départ du
locataire.
Néanmoins
le locataire
pourra prendre possession des clefs du studio
à 10H00 du matin si l’appartement est libre
et si quelqu'un peu être
présent pour vous accueillir.
Toutefois veuillez accepter un délais de deux
heures avant d’occuper l'appartement pour laisser
la femme de ménage travailler.
Tous nos
appartements sont interdits aux animaux de
compagnie.
Une charge de €50 de nettoyage sera évaluée si
l'appartement n'est pas dans un état normal de
propreté au moment du départ.
Suite à l’état des lieux la caution sera
remboursée le jour de votre départ,
supposant qu’il n’y est aucune perte ou
dommage.
Welcome Services :

A local map of the area will enable you to locate the
best shops and to visit the most beautiful monuments on
foot.
A weekly cleaning service, including sheets and towels
is provided.

Responsabilities :
Paris Interiors
and our agents cannot, in any circumstances, be held
responsible, by you or any of your party, for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, during the
period of your apartment rental nor for any disturbance caused by
other residents of the apartment building.
Any disagreement concerning the rental contract, or
any other conflicts which arise during the period of your rental, will be
administered under French law under the jurisdiction of the Paris
courts.
PS: We remind you that there is a time difference between
your country and France and we would ask you to take this into account
when you call us! Thank You.
