Payment :

Payment may be made by credit card through the secure link of our bank "Le Credit Mutuel" in Euros or in your foreign currency. The wire transfer is also accepted.

Should your reservation be made within 15 days of your arrival date, we will require payment of the total amount of the apartment rental to confirm your booking. Included in the rent: (electricity, water, heating andinternational telephone calls in 100 countries), building maintenance, entry and exit inventories, sheets and towels, kitchen utensils, and the full security deposit including taxes.
Deposit :

Your reservation will be confirmed once the following payment conditions have been met:

At the time of reservation, you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the apartment rental (to see the form of reservation)

The agreement will be confirmed once we have received a signed copy of the contract and the booking fee of the advance of the apartment rental. No confirmation will be given unless this deposit has been paid.

The remaining balance of the apartment rental must be paid via Credit Card minimum 7 days before your arrival together with a deposit of 300 Euros or at your arrival in cash in Euro for the remaining or equivalent in your foreign currency for the deposit. All additional people only accepted on agreement of the owner, within the limit of capacity of the apartment with supplement according to the lease.

This deposit will be returned to you when you leave the apartment providing that no damage or loss has occurred. According to convention, the apartment must be left in the state where you found it.
Cancellations :

No deposit or payment is refundable unless we are able to re-let the studio for the dates you booked. If we are unable to re-let the studio for this period, we reserve the right to retain 100% of your payment. In the event of cancellation, 30 days before your arrival, no refunding will be granted.

Paris Interiors will not be held responsible for cancellations for WHATEVER REASON.

Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your trip. Paris Interiors will not be held responsible for cancellations for WHATEVER REASON. Insurance cover may be taken out online.
Arrival - Departure :

Once we have received your deposit , we will send you a receipt, giving details of the date by which the remainder of the rental amount must be paid. We will also email you an information sheet with the following details: address of studio, access code, telephone number of the studio, Metro station and contact details for our representative.

Please send us your exact arrival details as soon as possible. We need this information in order to prepare for your arrival at the studio.

The studio will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival.

The studio must be vacated at 10 am on the day of your departure.

It may be possible for you to collect the keys at 10 am on the morning of your arrival if the studio is already vacant and if we are available to welcome you. In any case, we request that you allow a period of two hours before moving into the studio in order that the cleaner may finish her work.

We regret that no animals are permitted in any of our apartments.

An additional charge of 50 Euros ($50) will be deducted from your deposit if we deem that the apartment has not been left in a clean and tidy state. Your deposit will be refunded to you after completion of our exit inventory, one week after your departure, on condition that no loss or damage to the studio or its contents has been sustained.
Welcome Services :

We will be available to welcome you at the apartment and to give you any advice or help you may require. A local map of the area will enable you to locate the best shops and to visit the most beautiful monuments on foot.

A weekly cleaning service, including sheets and towels is provided. We hope you will enjoy the welcome you receive from Paris Interiors.
Responsabilities :

Paris Interiors and our agents cannot, in any circumstances, be held responsible, by you or any of your party, for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, during the period of your apartment rental nor for any disturbance caused by other residents of the apartment building.

Any disagreement concerning the rental contract, or any other conflicts which arise during the period of your rental, will be administered under French law under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
